Oats or Dalia become a very healthy breakfast for Indian you can eat Oats as well as Dalia it's your choice but both are the best breakfast fast.

You can also eat oats or Dalia with milk it will be really yummy I have tried.

Brown Bread With Peanut Butter is my favourite breakfast because it contains lots of nutrition which gives me the energy to start my day.

As we know Fruits are the best source of energy for our body and the healthy breakfast in India also.

There is a lot of benefits to eating fruit. fruits are helpful for our heart, blood and every part of our body.
