A person will be depressed when he or she is not interacting with different people's not live free in there lives and when they getting busy in doing one thing all over the day like study, some mentally work etc.
And one thing is very important if you are getting thoughts of suicide it may also be a symptom of depression.
According to research, an adult person should sleep 8 to 6 hours a day but the people who do some hard works should take 8 hours of sleep.
According to some other researchers, a student should take 8 hours of sleep in a day.
So, try to add some macronutrients in your
daily meals like- protein, carbs and fats etc. Will help to get rid of depression.
