2) Stay Hydrated.

Water is the most essential thing for our body by getting hydrated body a person can do anything which he/she wants to do.

Drink water after every hour of a day will help you to keep hydrated.

According to doctors, an adult person should drink at least 3.5 to 4 litres water a day because as we know our body has 70 % of water.

3) Do Some Regular Exercise.

Exercise is a very essential thing for our body to increase Stamina, boost Stamina whichever you want.

Exercise could be any activity that enhances and maintenance of physical fitness and overall health and wellness like- jogging, cycling, running, gym, swimming etc.

4) Sleep Well.
